Six- and twelve-month plans are paid in full today, at 10% or 15% off, and are non-refundable. When the term ends you continue month-to-month at the then-current rate, unless you choose to renew a term.

Consult Room never has a setup fee.

Where a patient goes to book after seeing their preview. You can add this later.
A link to your logo image. One from your own website works fine. It replaces the AfterVue mark in your widget's header. Skip it and AfterVue's logo shows instead; add or change it any time from your setup page.
So the website widget only runs on your own site. Not ready yet? Leave blank and add it later.
Subscription terms — please read before continuing
  1. What you’re buying. The plan and term you selected above, at the price shown above. Stripe’s checkout screen and your receipt confirm the same charge.
  2. Previews and overage. Your plan includes a monthly preview allowance. Previews beyond it are billed at $0.35 each on your next invoice. There is no limit on how many different patients you preview — only on previews beyond your allowance.
  3. Billing and cancellation. Month-to-month bills monthly in advance. Cancel any time — no notice period, no reason needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you’re already in, so you’re never billed again after you cancel. The month already paid for isn’t refunded or prorated — you keep it in full. Cancel from the billing portal in your receipt or email support@getaftervue.com.
  4. No guarantees, and prepaid terms are final. AfterVue makes no promise about bookings, revenue or conversion, and there is no money-back satisfaction guarantee. Month-to-month, with no commitment, is how to find out whether it works for you. Six- and twelve-month plans are bought here, paid in full up front, discounted 10% and 15%, and non-refundable: ending one early does not refund or prorate the months left. At the end of a prepaid term you continue month-to-month at the then-current rate unless you renew a term. Full detail in our Refund Policy and the Online Subscription Agreement.
  5. Real patient photos — not yet. Photos are used only to generate a preview and are never sold or used to train AI. Before using AfterVue with a real patient’s photo, we will confirm to you by email that our infrastructure and Business Associate Agreement are in place. Until then, please use staff or sample images only. This is a real, temporary restriction, and we will tell you the moment it lifts.
  6. Business Associate Agreement. AfterVue does not currently hold a signed BAA with any practice. If your use will involve protected health information, we will provide a BAA for signature once it has cleared attorney review and our infrastructure supports it. Ask us for status any time.
  7. Liability. AfterVue’s total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The points above are a summary. The full contract for an online subscription (allowance, overage, prepaid terms, renewal, cancellation and refunds) is the Online Subscription Agreement, which you also accept at checkout.
